    Description

    ON VACATION UNTIL 7/15.. CANT SHIP TILL THEN
    This listing is for 21 pieces that I made in my shop. They are surplus and I thought  put em out here for sale..(They are made from  tefzel round bar.
    All dims are approx.
    The od is 1.200 x .120 id X .230  with a .531 dia counterbore thats .115 deep.
    There is a .182 wide slot accross the center of the part.. Also 2 flats milled on the outside dia to approx 1.050 dimension.
    I copied the following from a Dupont website that gives a bit more info about this material:
    ETFE
    Durable fluoropolymer with an outstanding balance of mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties
    ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) commonly referred to as Tefzel® is a modified copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. It has medium stiffness, which makes it suitable for applications such as chemical tank linings that require weldability and the ability to conform to curved metal or FRP surfaces. ETFE is often used in applications that demand mechanical toughness, moderate stiffness, and outstanding chemical resistance.

    –
    ETFE is stiffer and has better creep resistance than many softer fluoropolymers such as PTFE or FEP.
