    Description

    You are buying 3 (THREE) NEW 1 1/4" DIAMETER by
    12" (11 7/8")
    LONG RODS of ORANGE FLUORESCENT EXTRUDED ACRYLIC.
    (One and One Quarter inch Diameter x Eleven & Seven Eighths inch Long)
    Due to the width of the saw blade a bit of material is lost when cutting shorter lengths
    from the full 6' rod. Therefore these are nominal 12" lengths.
    The true measurement is 1/8" shy of 12" and measure about 11 7/8" long.
    The 2nd picture is the rod being held in front of a FLUORESCENT BLACK LIGHT
    The rod will glow ONLY when in the influence of a black or Actinic type light.
    As you can see from the picture of the rods on the black grid, these fluorescent rods are almost Opaque.
    They are about 10% clear translucent at the most.

    1 1/4" x 11 7/8" (12") rod

    To assure that you get the finest quality, the protective sleeve is kept in place on the rods while being cut to protect the acrylic.
    All rods have saw cut edges on both ends.
    Please allow a tolerance of +/- 1/16" on all pieces.
