What should you do when you receive a wrong or defect item?
If the product you received is not what you purchased or it does not function as intended due to manufacturer's defect or any other reason, we will promptly resolve the issue. We typically ask that you can provide a photo to show us the problem in order to forward the issue appropriately. For returns, as per eBay guidelines, we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed. Please contact us during office hours in order to resolve the issue.
What should you do when you receive a damage item?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit or a manufacturer defect. Please inspect all items at the time of arrival. Customers MUST contact us within 30 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 30 days. Please contact us during office hours in order to resolve the issue.
