Hawaiian Butter Mochi is a buttery, soft and almost like a dense kind of chewy, curtard dessert made with glutinous rice flour. Think of Butter Mochi as Hawaii's version of the brownie or blondies. It has a nice and golden brown top. Once you have a bite, you will not be able to resist another. It is highly additive.
Must try this buttery, fudgey dessert with crisp, crunchy edges and top with shredded coconut. In addition, it is
naturally gluten free
! A great dessert for any tropical themed party and potlucks. Also, a perfect wholesome gift for someone special.
Ingredients: Glutinous rice flour, eggs, sugar, butter, organic coconut milk, shredded coconut, organic milk, vanilla, baking powder, sea salt.
Cut in square. Size is approximately 1.5". Hand cut. Maybe slightly irregular in size.
Serving: Microwave for at least 15 seconds for that fresh-out-of-the oven taste.
Best consumed within 1-3 days after the receipt of cookies. Can be refrigerated up to a week. Freeze well in airtight container for up to a month.
