    There is a nice write-up about the Saint Louis Cathedral inside the folder.
    It is not dated, but the stamp box says "Postage 1 1/2 cents Without Message".  This was not written on or mailed.
    This picture folder is in fair condition.  The pictures inside are fine, but the outside folder has some damage.  Three of the corners are bumped.  The fourth corner is more than bumped.  A little of it is missing.  It doesn't affect the interior pictures.  Please look at the scans.
