Condition:
This is a vintage item that has not been used - it is "postally unused" meaning that it was never sent, but kept as a collector's item.  This is in good vintage condition with some minor wear you would expect to see in a vintage item.  There is some light wear on the corners of the folder and someone wrote "15" in the stamp box.  There are some small stains and minor creasing.  See photos.
